topeka transit center

The topeka transit center is an intermodal transportation hub for the city of Topeka, Kansas and would serve as a train and bus terminal. The station is concieved as point of overlap in the many transportation networks which it joins and is envisioned as a physical expression of the path and the flow of passengers through its space. The building is shaped to emphasize this flow and express it through the building's surfaces as the building itself is a mechanism to guide and control the flow of activity along these paths.
